In a shocking incident that has rattled the local community, two individuals, identified as Mohammad Isha and Sheikh Golam, were apprehended by authorities on Thursday for their alleged involvement in the brazen vandalism of a century-old club in Narendrapur, Kolkata. This esteemed establishment is renowned for its prestigious Nabodurga Puja celebrations, making the attack particularly distressing for residents and cultural enthusiasts alike.
Internal Allegations and Coordinated Assault

According to eyewitness accounts, the perpetrators forcefully entered the club's puja office around 7:30 AM, initiating a destructive rampage that lasted for over two hours.
The assailants reportedly broke through the iron gate and main door, leaving a trail of devastation in their wake. Air conditioners, television sets, refrigerators, computers, fans, and lighting fixtures were systematically smashed, while cupboards were thoroughly ransacked. In addition to the physical damage, the attackers looted cash and crucial documents before fleeing the scene.
