In a brazen act of aggression, the police personnel allegedly seized Sain's bag, which contained Rs 15,000 in cash along with valuable golden and silver jewellery. The situation escalated rapidly when the accused demanded a hefty ransom of Rs 1.50 lakh, threatening to implicate Sain in a fabricated criminal case if he failed to comply. Under duress, Rajendra was dispatched to arrange the demanded funds, leaving Sain vulnerable and isolated.
The victim's ordeal intensified as approximately 4-5 additional individuals arrived at the scene in a car. They forcibly took Sain hostage inside the moving vehicle, where he was subjected to severe physical assault. After enduring this traumatic experience, Sain was eventually abandoned on the highway near Nanta, left to grapple with the aftermath of the violent incident.
