Tripathi was standing nearby and engaged in conversation when the incident unfolded.
In the ensuing pandemonium, a pedestrian identified as Taufiq, a resident of the Chaman Ganj Ghosiyana area, sustained injuries while attempting to escape the speeding vehicle. Taufiq was on his way to Karbala when the chaotic scene erupted. Police officials confirmed that the injured individual was promptly sent for a thorough medical examination to assess the extent of his injuries.
