On Wednesday afternoon, Rahul, Tannu, Anjali, and their son were at home when the fateful incident occurred. During what was intended as playful banter, Rahul, along with Anjali, allegedly mocked Tannu and referred to her using the derogatory term. The remark reportedly hurt Tannu deeply, following which she left the room without uttering a word.
Rahul then stepped out briefly to bring food. Upon returning, he asked Anjali to call Tannu. When Anjali went to the room, she discovered it was locked from inside. Despite repeated calls, there was no response from within. Peering through a window, Anjali made the horrifying discovery of Tannu hanging from the ceiling.
