In a significant initiative to promote road safety awareness, District Collector K J Praveen Kumar inaugurated a unique exhibition of cars involved in accidents on the premises of MGR Bus Stand in Madurai on Friday. This event was organized as part of the awareness initiatives during the 37th Road Safety Month, aiming to sensitize commuters and drivers about the critical need for safe driving practices.

A senior traffic police official revealed that the authorities are planning to expand this initiative by placing ten cars damaged in accidents in various accident-prone zones around the city.
