Noida Dhaba Dispute Escalates Into Fatal Violence
A routine evening at a roadside eatery in Noida's Khoda area turned tragic on Friday when a disagreement over delayed food service escalated into a violent confrontation that claimed two lives and left one person injured. The incident, which occurred around 10pm at Vaishno Dhaba, has sent shockwaves through the local community and prompted a swift police response.
What Triggered the Deadly Altercation?
According to police officials, the conflict began when three friends – identified as Shri Pal, Satyam Kumar, and Anurag Kumar – who were daily wage workers, ordered food while drinking in an e-rickshaw parked outside the dhaba. The situation deteriorated when their meal took longer than expected to arrive, leading to growing frustration among the customers.
The argument intensified when the allegedly angry customers reportedly slapped the dhaba owner, Suraj, in response to the service delay. This physical confrontation marked the turning point that would lead to catastrophic consequences.
How the Situation Spiraled Out of Control
In response to the assault, Suraj summoned his colleagues – Rajesh, Rajan, and Vishesh – setting the stage for a violent clash between the two groups on the dhaba premises. What began as a verbal disagreement quickly transformed into a life-threatening situation when the dhaba workers allegedly armed themselves with kitchen knives.
The ensuing attack left all three customers with severe injuries that would prove fatal for two of them. Police received an emergency call around 10pm reporting a brawl among youths, prompting officers to rush to the scene where they discovered the critically injured men.
Aftermath and Police Investigation
All three victims were immediately transported to a nearby hospital for urgent medical treatment. Despite medical intervention, Shri Pal and Satyam Kumar succumbed to their injuries during treatment. Anurag Kumar, the third victim, is currently reported to be out of danger and continues to receive medical care.
Police authorities have taken several crucial steps in response to the incident:
- Notified the families of the deceased about the tragic events
