Thane Crime Branch Cracks Murder Case with CCTV and Technical Surveillance
The Thane Crime Branch's Property Cell has made a significant breakthrough in a brutal murder case, arresting three individuals, including two Gujarat residents and a woman, for the fatal stabbing of Mahesh Nakhwa on January 28, 2026. The case, which was registered at the Thane Nagar police station, has seen swift action from law enforcement officials.

The accused have been identified as Kali alias Raghu Chauhan, aged 27, and Shayar Mangroliya, aged 21, both residents of Gujarat. In addition, Chauhan's girlfriend, Gita Mali, was also arrested for her alleged involvement in the crime. Acting on their disclosure, the police also arrested Mali, further tightening the case against the trio.
