A terrifying incident aboard the Jan Shatabdi Express has left a 25-year-old woman with serious injuries after she was allegedly pushed from the moving train following a heated argument about standing near the doorway.
The shocking event occurred on Thursday evening as the train traveled between Kozhikode and Vatakara stations. According to railway officials, the victim had been standing near the train's doorway when another passenger demanded she move aside.
Violent Altercation on Moving Train
Witnesses reported that what began as a verbal confrontation quickly escalated into physical violence. "The accused became increasingly aggressive when the woman didn't immediately comply with his demand to move from the doorway area," said a railway police official investigating the case.
The situation turned dangerous when the train was still in motion. In a fit of rage, the male passenger allegedly pushed the woman out of the moving train, causing her to fall onto the tracks below.
