He had been in a relationship with Roshni Suryavanshi for approximately six months, having initially connected with her through the popular social media platform Instagram. However, the relationship took a dark turn a few days prior to the incident when Kamta abruptly ceased all communication with Roshni, going so far as to block her phone number and messages.
This sudden cutoff reportedly left Roshni deeply suspicious and emotionally distressed. Police investigations suggest that she began to suspect Kamta of seeing another woman, which fueled her anger and led to a premeditated plan. On Tuesday afternoon, Roshni arrived at Kamta's residence armed with a knife, intent on confronting him about the blocked number and his alleged infidelity.

When Kamta opened the door, Roshni immediately demanded to see his mobile phone, likely to check for evidence of another relationship.
