In a tragic incident at a factory in Jigani, Bengaluru, two brothers lost their lives after falling into a tank on the premises. The deceased have been identified as Munna Singh (40) and his brother Lalu Singh, also known as Deep Narayan (38). Both were natives of Uttar Pradesh.

The accident occurred on June 5, 2026, at a factory located in the Jigani industrial area. According to police reports, the brothers were working near a tank when they accidentally fell into it. The tank contained hazardous materials, leading to their deaths.
Arrest of Safety Manager
Following the incident, the safety manager of the factory was arrested on charges of negligence. Authorities stated that the manager failed to ensure proper safety measures, which contributed to the fatal accident. The investigation is ongoing.
The bodies were recovered and sent for postmortem. The family members of the deceased have been informed, and further legal proceedings are underway.
