Tragic Accident Claims Lives of Three Police Personnel
In a devastating incident that has shocked the law enforcement community in Jharkhand, three police officers lost their lives while one remains missing after their official vehicle plunged into Dhurwa Dam in Ranchi. The police vehicle carrying four personnel was returning from the Judicial Academy when it reportedly lost control and fell into the reservoir. According to Dhurwa police authorities, all four officers were part of the security team assigned to the Principal District Judge of Jamshedpur. The vehicle contained two bodyguards and two official drivers who were performing their duties when the tragedy struck.
The deceased officers have been identified as Upendra Kumar Singh, Robin Kujur, and Anil. The missing policeman is Satyendra Kumar, for whom intensive search operations continue. Rescue teams have been working tirelessly since the night of the accident, with recovery efforts still ongoing as authorities race against time to locate the missing officer.
