NEW DELHI: In the 2026 West Bengal assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party's Sadhan Ghosh emerged victorious over the Trinamool Congress candidate Ujjwal Biswas in the Krishnanagar Dakshin constituency. The constituency recorded a total of 2,09,781 registered voters, comprising 1,09,405 male, 1,00,374 female, and 2 voters from the third gender category.
