Following the conclusion of the question hour, AAP MLA Gopal Italia raised a significant point of order. Ministers Firmly Reject Opposition Allegations
The allegations put forth by the opposition were met with strong rebuttals from the ministers present. Ministers Harsh Sanghavi, Arjun Modhwadia, and Jitu Vaghani collectively rejected the claims, defending the government's approach to the question hour.
Jitu Vaghani countered by stating that opposition MLAs persistently continued to make statements from their seats despite clear directions from the Speaker to maintain order. "This behavior disrupts the decorum and intended purpose of the question hour," Vaghani remarked.

Congress MLA Amit Chavda strongly opposed Minister Vaghani's demand. Chavda argued that MLAs retain the fundamental right to make political comments outside the House on questions that are listed for discussion during the question hour.
