Amritsar: Officiating Akal Takht jathedar Giani Kuldeep Singh Gargajj on Sunday extended his heartfelt congratulations to Punjab sprinter Gurindervir Singh for shattering the national record in the 100-metre race. Gurindervir became India's fastest runner after clocking an impressive 10.09 seconds.
