Kanpur: Akhand Pratap delivered a fine all-round performance, scoring 82 runs and taking two wickets, to guide Friends Cricket Academy to a four-wicket victory over SB S Cricket Academy in the first Sunil Tiwari U-13 Inter-Academy Cricket championship. The match was played at the Kanpur South ground on Tuesday.
SB S Cricket Academy, opting to bat first, posted a total of 218 runs in 35 overs, thanks largely to Aryan Yadav's knock of 83 runs. Friends Cricket Academy chased down the target, scoring 219 runs for the loss of six wickets in 34.1 overs.
