Chase DeMoor and Aleks Petrovic Face Off in Heated Press Conference Ahead of Misfits Boxing Main Event
DeMoor and Petrovic Clash at Presser Before Misfits Fight

Things quickly got intense when Chase DeMoor and Aleks Petrovic came face-to-face for the first time ahead of their Fame Fighting vs Misfits Boxing bout in Germany. Security had to step in during the heated moment after both fighters got close during Wednesday’s press conference at the Ostermann Arena in Leverkusen. The fight is set to headline the Fame Fighting vs Misfits Boxing card on Saturday night.

Press Conference Turns Heated

The tension between the two has been building for weeks. Both fighters have exchanged words online ever since the crossover fight was announced. However, the situation escalated during the official media event when DeMoor rushed toward Petrovic as soon as his rival stepped forward for the face-off. The two stood inches apart while security members remained positioned between them to prevent the situation from worsening.

The face-off became even more awkward when Chase DeMoor repeatedly touched Aleks Petrovic’s championship belt while staring directly at him. Moments later, the American social media star placed his cowboy hat on Petrovic’s head in an attempt to provoke him further. After security separated them, Petrovic removed the hat and joked that it smelled bad.

Personal Attacks Intensify Rivalry

The build-up to the fight has already been filled with personal attacks and online trolling. DeMoor has repeatedly targeted different aspects of Petrovic’s personal life during the promotion. This included comments about Petrovic’s former relationship with Vanessa Nwattu and edited AI videos shared online.

Speaking to SunSport before the event, Petrovic admitted that the behavior had crossed a line for him.

He said: “I know this is his game plan. He wants to get in my head to bring back things to the fore.

“That’s OK for me, as long as he’s talking about me.

“But since he was involving my ex-girlfriend, my ex-fiancée, my coach, he’s doing some AI videos of kissing him and stuff like that.

“This is very terrible because he’s involving third parties and different people.

“Because this is a fight between us two men.”

Main Event Still On

Despite the growing tension, both fighters are still expected to headline the nine-fight Fame Fighting vs Misfits Boxing event in Leverkusen on Saturday. The influencer boxing card has already generated significant buzz online, with fans closely monitoring the rivalry between the former reality TV personality DeMoor and Serbian-born German fighter Petrovic.

The event will air live through The Sun, which has heavily promoted the crossover showdown throughout fight week.
