The event, held at TSH, was meticulously organized under the supervision of a dedicated coordination committee to identify promising talent for the 8th batch of the Sports Promotion Scholarship and subsidy scheme.

The trials were designed to assess candidates through a multi-stage evaluation process. Participants first underwent group physical fitness and aptitude tests, organized in batches of five, to gauge their baseline athletic capabilities and mental readiness.
