To me, he was just another boxer, and I was confident about my own abilities."
He further elaborated on his mindset during the critical match: "After every round in the quarters, my confidence grew, and in the final round, I knocked him to the ground. Soon after the result, I knew I was going to win gold." Vishvanath, who serves as a Havildar in the Indian Army, attributes his success to this unwavering self-belief and strategic approach.
