Comprehensive Emergency Plan
Dr. Jindal informed that a detailed emergency response plan has been put in place, covering medical emergencies, fire incidents, and security threats. The administration has coordinated with the police, fire brigade, health department, and the HPCA to ensure a swift response in case of any untoward incident.
Medical Arrangements
Ambulances with advanced life support systems will be stationed at the stadium premises. A temporary medical camp will also be set up inside the venue, staffed by doctors and paramedics. Nearby hospitals have been put on alert to handle any casualties. The health department has been directed to ensure an adequate supply of medicines and blood units.
Fire Safety Measures
Fire tenders will be deployed at strategic locations around the stadium. Fire safety audits have been conducted, and all fire extinguishers and emergency exits have been checked. The fire department will conduct mock drills before each match to ensure readiness.
Security Arrangements
Additional police forces have been deployed, and CCTV surveillance has been enhanced. Anti-sabotage checks and dog squads will be used. The administration has also set up a control room to monitor the situation in real-time. Spectators are advised to cooperate with security personnel and follow all guidelines.
Coordination with HPCA
The district administration has held multiple meetings with HPCA officials to streamline emergency protocols. The stadium management has been instructed to maintain strict entry checks and ensure crowd management. Any violation of safety norms will result in strict action.
