Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's Parents to Join Him on Tour

The parents of teenage batting sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi will accompany him on India's upcoming tours of Ireland and England, with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) covering their expenses in the United Kingdom.

The 15-year-old Sooryavanshi was included in India's T20I squad on Saturday following an impressive performance for Rajasthan Royals in the recent Indian Premier League (IPL) season.

A BCCI official confirmed the decision, stating, "The board will look after the expenses as we believe it is crucial for the young boy to have his family around him."

Sooryavanshi, a left-handed batsman, has also been selected for India's squad for the upcoming Asian Games in Japan.

Currently, he is part of the India A team competing in a one-day tri-series in Sri Lanka, which also features Afghanistan.
