Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has cancelled a BTech examination conducted at a Noida centre following allegations of a question paper leak. The examination, held on May 21, was for the Computer Networks subject in the 6th semester of BTech Computer Science.
Reason for Cancellation
The university stated that the decision was made to safeguard the integrity of the examination process. Concerns were raised that some candidates may have gained an unfair advantage due to the alleged leak.
Affected Students and Re-examination
Currently, only students who appeared for the mentioned exam at the Noida institute are confirmed to be affected. No official information has been released regarding any impact on other centres or examinations. However, the university advises all students to regularly check official updates.
Affected students will have to appear for a re-examination with a fresh question paper on June 5. The revised exam date, centre details, and updated admit cards will be announced through an official notification.

AKTU has launched an inquiry and is coordinating with the examination centre authorities. The investigation includes:
