Asus is making it easier for laptop users in India to obtain genuine battery replacements. The company has expanded the availability of official Asus laptop batteries through select Asus Exclusive Stores (AES) across the country, covering both consumer and gaming laptop lineups.
Asus Assurance Framework
This initiative is part of Asus India's broader after-sales strategy, known as the "Assurance" framework. This support structure emphasizes quality, coverage, and value-added services. The battery replacement program now spans 13 states and regions, including Delhi NCR, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Kerala, Gujarat, and the North-East.
Battery Finder Microsite
Asus has introduced a Battery Finder microsite, allowing customers to enter their laptop model and locate the nearest Asus Exclusive Store or authorized channel partner that stocks a compatible battery. Each replacement includes professional installation and a one-year warranty.
Supported models cover a wide range of popular series, including Vivobook, Vivobook Pro, Vivobook 16X, Vivobook Go, ProArt, TUF, Expertbook P1, ROG Strix G15, ROG Strix G17, ROG Strix SCAR 15, ROG Zephyrus G15, and ROG Zephyrus M16, among others.
Arnold Su, Vice President of Consumer and Gaming PC at Asus India's System Business Group, stated that the initiative aims to provide customers with "a convenient and trusted solution for maintaining device performance over time."
Battery Health Awareness
Beyond replacements, Asus is leveraging this rollout to promote battery health awareness. The company is guiding users toward better charging habits, effective thermal management, and timely servicing to prolong battery lifespan.
