CMF has launched the Watch 3 Pro in India, a smartwatch that comes equipped with 131 sports modes and a host of health monitoring features including blood oxygen monitoring (SpO2), stress tracking, and guided breathing exercises. The device is designed for both everyday users and fitness enthusiasts, offering AI-powered coaching and a bold visual identity.
Price and Availability
The CMF Watch 3 Pro is priced at ₹7,999. However, the company has announced a special launch offer that brings the price down to ₹6,999 for a limited period. The smartwatch will go on sale starting Friday, May 8, 2026, on Flipkart and at offline retail stores. Early access will be available from May 7, 2026, at 12 PM IST onwards.
Key Features
The Watch 3 Pro features a new dual-band five-system GPS setup for faster and more accurate route tracking in any environment. It is equipped with 131 sports modes and a four-channel heart rate sensor, which is claimed to offer improved accuracy across all skin tones and workout intensities. The Active Score feature provides a simple snapshot of weekly effort using MET data, helping users stay consistent. The watch can automatically detect seven core activities.
In addition to heart rate and sleep tracking, the Watch 3 Pro includes advanced health tools such as SpO2 monitoring, stress tracking, guided breathing exercises, hydration and inactivity reminders, and women's health support. With ChatGPT integration on Nothing OS, users can ask questions, get facts, or set reminders using natural-language voice prompts. A built-in voice recorder with auto-transcription helps capture notes, and an Essential News tool delivers daily digests based on interests. Bluetooth calling, gesture shortcuts, and 140-character quick replies are also included. An additional microphone has been added to improve call pickup.
Display and Battery
The CMF Watch 3 Pro sports a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with ultra-thin bezels and Always-On Display support. It offers over 120 custom watch faces, including video, photo, and AI-generated options via Watch Face Studio. The watch is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance. Battery life is claimed to be up to 13 days under typical use, an increase of 2 days over the CMF Watch Pro 2. With heavier tracking, it delivers 11 days, and around 4.5 days with Always-On Display enabled. A full charge takes just 99 minutes. The device also features a 6-axis accelerometer sensor, a 50% increase from the previous model, for improved motion monitoring and tracking.
Color Options and Availability
The CMF Watch 3 Pro is available in Light Green, Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Orange color options.
