Bhopal: A major disaster was averted at a residential complex in Rachna Nagar here on Monday afternoon after an electric two-wheeler caught fire, which later engulfed another SUV parked nearby.
Prompt Action Prevents Further Damage
Staff and residents of Rachna Tower acted swiftly by removing other parked vehicles and dousing the flames. Their quick response prevented the fire from spreading to residential flats above. By the time the fire brigade arrived, both vehicles were completely gutted.

According to the Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC), the incident occurred around 1:30 PM, triggering panic among residents of the multi-storey complex. The exact cause of the fire remains unknown, as the vehicle was not charging at the time of the incident.
