The programs encompass Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Python Programming, and Computer Applications. All courses have been designed in accordance with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) standards.
Target Audience and Practical Training
HARTRON, a Haryana government undertaking, stated that the courses are intended for students, diploma holders, graduates, and job seekers seeking practical technical training for private sector employment, freelancing work, and IT careers. Several programs include laboratory training and project-based learning to provide practical exposure to candidates.
Courses Offered in Emerging Technologies
The course list includes Advanced Course in Computer Application, Artificial Intelligence Application Developer, Artificial Intelligence Associate, Junior Cyber Security Associate, Junior Cloud Computing Associate, Data Analysis Associate, and Programming with Python. Other programs focus on Android application development, software testing, web technology, computer hardware and networking, digital accounting, and multimedia design. Short-term courses such as Analytical Excel with AI, Office Automation with AI, Digital Marketing with AI, and Generative AI are available for candidates who have passed Class 12 or are awaiting results. Course duration ranges from 90 hours to 990 hours, depending on the program selected.
Eligibility Criteria Differ Across Programs
Eligibility conditions vary according to the course level. Advanced programs require graduation, diploma qualifications, undergraduate studies, or previous NSQF certification. Entry-level programs are open to Class 8 and Class 10 pass candidates. Some courses also accept applicants holding Industrial Training Institute qualifications, National Trade Certificate, or National Apprenticeship Certificate credentials. The Cyber Security and Social Media Analyst course requires BTech, MCA, BCA, or diploma qualifications with experience. The Cyber Secured Web Development Associate program has the longest duration at 990 hours.
Application and Certification Process
Candidates can apply through the official HARTRON Skill Development portal or by visiting authorized HARTRON centers across Haryana. Applicants have been advised to verify eligibility conditions, fees, course duration, and seat availability before completing admission formalities. Students completing the programs will receive certifications aligned with NSQF standards.
