Motorola has officially launched its first notebook-style foldable smartphone, the Razr Fold series, in India. The device brings a host of premium features and high-end specifications aimed at power users and tech enthusiasts.
Display and Design
The Razr Fold features a 6.6-inch LTPO pOLED cover display with a peak brightness of 6,000 nits and a 165Hz refresh rate, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 3. The main display is an 8.1-inch 2K UTG panel with 6,200 nits peak brightness and a 120Hz refresh rate, also protected by the same durable glass.
Performance and Battery
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, paired with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. It packs a 6,000mAh battery that supports 80W wired TurboPower charging and 50W wireless charging. The device runs Android 16 out of the box and is promised seven years of software updates.
Camera System
The Razr Fold boasts a triple 50MP rear camera setup, including a periscope lens with 100X Super Zoom Pro and support for 8K Dolby Vision video recording. For selfies, there is a 20MP cover camera and a 32MP main selfie camera. The phone also supports the Moto Pen Ultra accessory for note-taking and drawing.
FIFA World Cup Edition
A special FIFA 2026 edition of the Razr Fold is also available, featuring a textured football-inspired design and a 24K gold-plated logo. This variant costs Rs 1,69,999 for the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage model. The standard pricing ranges from Rs 1,49,999 to Rs 1,69,999 depending on the configuration.
