Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its next-generation mid-range smartphones, the Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro, and a new leak has revealed their expected prices, color variants, and key specifications. According to tipster Mukul Sharma, the Xiaomi 17T will start at around EUR 649 (approximately Rs 58,000), while the Xiaomi 17T Pro will be priced at roughly EUR 749 (around Rs 67,000). These prices are for the base variants in European markets, and actual pricing may vary by region.
Design and Display
Both phones are expected to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. The standard model will come with a flat display, while the Pro variant may sport a slightly curved screen. The devices are likely to have a punch-hole cutout for the front camera and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Performance and Hardware
The Xiaomi 17T is rumored to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset, while the 17T Pro could feature the more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ processor. Both phones are expected to offer up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The Pro model may also support faster charging, with 120W wired charging compared to 67W on the standard version.
Camera System
In the camera department, the Xiaomi 17T is tipped to feature a triple rear setup with a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. The 17T Pro is expected to upgrade to a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP macro or telephoto lens. The front-facing camera on both devices is likely to be a 16MP sensor.
Color Options and Availability
The leak suggests that the Xiaomi 17T will be available in three colors: Midnight Black, Moonlight White, and Mint Green. The 17T Pro will add a fourth option, possibly a shade of blue or purple. The official launch is expected in the coming weeks, with sales likely to start in late May or early June. As with all leaks, these details should be taken with a grain of salt until Xiaomi makes an official announcement.
