This widespread momentum, he believes, sets the stage for the next wave of growth.

A central theme in Chandok's outlook is the transformation of work and the paramount importance of continuous learning. He noted that jobs are evolving, work is becoming more fluid, and the most durable advantage for individuals will be the ability to keep learning.
"Skilling is the most essential form of resilience in the AI era," Chandok declared. To address this need, Microsoft has doubled down on its commitment to skill development in India, aiming to equip 20 million people by 2030 with relevant capabilities.
