According to the complaint, an unidentified individual has created multiple fake profiles on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube, using the victim's photographs as display pictures. The accused allegedly employed artificial intelligence tools to morph images of both the entrepreneur and her mother into explicit content. This manipulated material has been circulated widely across social media with lewd captions, aimed at defaming the victims.
The woman first discovered the misuse when she stumbled upon a fake Instagram account bearing a name similar to hers and her photo as the profile picture. "I found that my photos were being misused, and morphed obscene images and videos of me and my mother were uploaded to defame us," she stated in her complaint. She further alleged that despite her efforts to have the content removed, the harassment continued through the creation of additional fake accounts, intensifying the psychological distress.
