The new processor lineup delivers substantial performance enhancements compared to older systems. According to Intel's benchmarks, these chips offer up to 47% better single-thread performance and 2.8 times better GPU AI performance when compared to typical five-year-old PCs. This represents a meaningful upgrade for users still operating hardware from 2020 or earlier, potentially extending the lifespan of budget computing devices.

The Core Series 3 spans six distinct SKUs, ranging from the entry-level Core 3 Processor 304 to the top-tier Core 7 Processor 360. All models come equipped with cutting-edge connectivity features including Wi-Fi 7 support, Bluetooth 6 technology, and dual Thunderbolt 4 ports—capabilities that were traditionally reserved for premium laptops. These processors are manufactured using Intel's most advanced 18A process node, which is entirely produced within United States facilities.

In a significant development for mainstream computing, Intel has integrated a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) into the Core Series 3 lineup for the first time.
