Toyota Motor Corporation has officially launched the Toyota Land Cruiser FJ in Japan. Priced at JPY 4,500,100, which converts to roughly Rs 27.24 lakh, this SUV is also anticipated to arrive in the Indian market in the future. In terms of dimensions, the Toyota Land Cruiser FJ measures between 4,575 mm and 4,610 mm in length, depending on the specification. Its width stands at 1,855 mm, while height ranges from 1,890 mm to 1,960 mm. The wheelbase is 2,580 mm, which is shorter compared to larger Land Cruiser models. This shorter wheelbase contributes to a tight turning radius of 5.5 metres, enhancing maneuverability in off-road conditions.
The design remains faithful to the traditional Land Cruiser identity, featuring a boxy silhouette, upright stance, and rugged proportions. Toyota has incorporated smooth rounded edges to avoid an overly aggressive look. Exterior highlights include LED headlamps, LED fog lamps, 18-inch alloy wheels, part-LED tail lamps, and a side-hinged tailgate with a spare wheel mounted at the rear.
