The partnership primarily focuses on developing a 'Digital Factory' in Senegal, along with other technology-driven socio-economic projects in Senegal and other African nations.

Key Areas of Collaboration

The non-exclusive MoU between Blue Cloud Softech and GCIB explores the formation of a joint venture entity, a special purpose vehicle (SPV), or other collaborative arrangements to execute projects in African countries. The entities will also consider creating sector-specific SPVs or joint ventures in renewable energy, information technology, infrastructure, education, healthcare, and other sectors.

Roles and Responsibilities

Under the agreement, Blue Cloud Softech will provide technology solutions, platforms, domain expertise, and technical manpower. Meanwhile, GCIB will offer local market intelligence, liaise with government bodies for land allocations, approvals, necessary permits, and support investor outreach efforts.
