The agency reported that 40-year-old Sandeep Singh was taken into custody in Fairfield, California, after entering the United States illegally from Mexico in 2023. He is currently being held in ICE detention while immigration proceedings are ongoing, which will determine whether he will be deported.
In a post shared on X, ICE San Francisco stated: “ICE San Francisco arrested illegal alien Sandeep Singh, 40, of India, in Fairfield, CA. Singh illegally entered the U.S. from Mexico in 2023. Singh is wanted in Germany for attempted murder. He is in ICE custody pending immigration proceedings.”
