In a significant breakthrough, the Shimla police have apprehended a chitta supplier near the Indo-Pak border in Punjab. The accused, identified as a resident of Himachal Pradesh, was allegedly involved in smuggling chitta from across the border.

The police team, acting on a tip-off, laid a trap near the border area. The suspect was intercepted while attempting to transport the drugs to various destinations in Himachal Pradesh.
