Boats Capsize Off Okinawa Near U.S. Base Site; Fatalities Reported
Two boats with 21 people, mostly Kyoto high school students on a peace education trip, capsized near the Marine Corps Air Station Futenma relocation site in Okinawa. A 17-year-old student and a captain died, two others injured; cause under investigation.
