Agoda Unveils New Features for Smarter Trip Planning
Digital travel platform Agoda announced a series of new features designed to help travelers plan and manage trips with greater confidence. The updates include real-time flight visibility, an enhanced hotel browser, and AI-powered tools that speed up property selection.
Real-Time Flight Updates
Travelers booking flights through Agoda on iOS and Android now receive automatic real-time updates throughout their journey. Once a booking is confirmed, Agoda sends notifications on flight status, gate and terminal information, check-in counters, and baggage carousels. The platform averages two to three notifications per booking, keeping travelers informed from check-in to arrival.
AI-Powered Hotel Browsing with Gallery View
Agoda introduced Gallery View on its iOS app, offering a photo-forward browsing experience for hotel search results. A new AI-powered feature automatically pairs hotel images with relevant guest reviews. When users view a room type, pool, or restaurant photo, they immediately see what other guests have said about that specific feature. This integration helps travelers make faster, more informed decisions.

Expanded Language Support for Flights Chat
Agoda expanded its language support for flight-related chat queries. The platform now supports Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Thai, Indonesian, and Hong Kong-based users across five additional languages, connecting travelers to assistance in their preferred language.
Multi-Product Booking Engine
Rounding out the quarterly product update, Agoda's multi-product booking engine now allows travelers to book hotels, flights, and activities in a single transaction. All trip components are consolidated in the 'My Trips' section of the app and website for easy reference. Travelers can explore Agoda's full range of over 6 million holiday properties, more than 130,000 flight routes, and over 300,000 activities at agoda.com and in the Agoda app.
