DuDigital Global, a provider of visa and consular outsourcing solutions, will launch Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) operations in Kuwait on 1 July 2026. The service is authorized by the Embassy of India in Kuwait and aims to serve the large Indian diaspora in the country.
Four Centres Across Kuwait
The company will operate ICAC services through four strategically located centres: Kuwait City, Fahaheel, Al-Dajeej, and Al-Jahra. This multi-centre model is designed to provide wider geographic coverage and reduce travel time for applicants seeking passport, visa, and consular services.

The ICAC centres will offer a streamlined platform for passport applications and renewals, attestation services, Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) services, visa-related support, and other consular assistance on behalf of the Embassy of India, Kuwait.
