The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the admit cards for the Regional Rural Bank (RRB) Preliminary Examination 2025 for Scale 1 positions. Candidates who have registered for the exam can now download their hall tickets from the official website, www.ibps.in.
IBPS RRB Prelims 2025: Exam Dates and Admit Card Details
The crucial hall tickets were made available for download on the official portal this past Sunday. While the exact date for the IBPS RRB Prelims Exam 2025 has not been officially announced, it is tentatively scheduled to take place between the end of November and December 2025.
Looking ahead, the institute has also outlined the subsequent stages. The admit cards for the Mains examination are expected to be released between December 2025 and January 2026. Following the Mains, the results are slated for declaration in February 2026, which will be followed by an interview round for the shortlisted candidates.
Eligibility Criteria for IBPS RRB Scale 1
To be eligible for the RRB Scale 1 posts, candidates must meet specific age and educational requirements as per IBPS guidelines.
Age Limit: The minimum age required is 18 years, and the upper age limit is 30 years. The institute provides age relaxations for candidates from reserved categories: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disability.
Educational Qualifications and Preferred Degrees
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or its equivalent. Furthermore, candidates holding degrees in certain disciplines will be given preference during the selection process.

- On the homepage, find and click on the link for 'Online Preliminary Exam Call Letter for CRP-RRBs'.
- You will be redirected to a login page. Enter your registration number, date of birth, and password.
- Your IBPS RRB PO admission card will appear on the screen. Download it and take a printout for future reference and exam day.
The Prelims exam will consist of two sections: Reasoning (40 questions for 40 marks) and Quantitative Aptitude (40 questions for 40 marks), making a total of 80 marks.
