MUMBAI: Four pedestrians sustained injuries after a Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) bus reportedly went out of control and collided with multiple vehicles near Veer Kotwal Garden, close to Plaza Cinema in Dadar (West), on Monday morning.
Accident Details
The incident was reported at approximately 10:45 am on Monday. Preliminary information suggests that the bus, operating on route 463/31, first struck a four-wheeler and a two-wheeler before the collision led to injuries among pedestrians in the vicinity.
The injured individuals were promptly shifted to Sion Hospital for medical treatment. Their current condition and identities were not immediately available at the time of reporting.

Eyewitnesses at the scene reported hearing a loud impact as the bus struck vehicles near the junction. The Mumbai Traffic Police and civic emergency teams quickly arrived at the location and began clearing the affected stretch of road.
Traffic movement remained slow around Kotwal Garden and adjoining lanes, with motorists advised to anticipate delays while authorities investigate the cause of the accident and record statements from those involved.
