BLS International Reports Record Q2 Revenue of ₹736.6 Cr, Up 48.8% YoY
BLS International Q2 Profit Jumps 27.4% to ₹185.7 Cr

BLS International Services Ltd. has announced its strongest quarterly performance in history, demonstrating massive growth and strategic global expansion during the second quarter of fiscal year 2026.

Record-Breaking Financial Performance

The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹736.6 crores for Q2FY26, representing a substantial 48.8% year-over-year increase. This remarkable growth was complemented by equally impressive profitability metrics.

EBITDA for the quarter reached ₹212.8 crores, marking a 29.7% YoY growth, while net profit stood at ₹185.7 crores, reflecting a 27.4% increase compared to the same period last year.

For the first half of the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, the company maintained this strong momentum with revenue from operations growing by 46.5% YoY to ₹1,447.2 crores. Half-year EBITDA surged by 40.3% YoY to ₹417 crores, with EBITDA margins standing at 28.8%. Profit after tax for H1 reached ₹366.7 crores, a 37.6% increase over the previous year.

Segmental Growth Drivers

The company's growth was powered by outstanding performance across both its core business segments. The Visa & Consular Business, which contributes approximately 62% of total revenue, saw revenue increase by 9.8% YoY to ₹458.6 crores in Q2FY26. This growth was primarily driven by an 11.7% increase in application counts.

Meanwhile, the Digital Business segment demonstrated explosive growth, with revenue skyrocketing by 259.3% YoY to ₹278 crores. This segment now contributes about 38% of total revenue. The massive growth was largely attributable to the consolidation of Aadifidelis Solutions, which was acquired in November 2024.

Strategic Global Expansion

BLS International secured several significant contracts and expansions during this period. The company won a three-year contract with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India to establish and operate Indian Visa Application Centres across China.

In Central Asia, the company strengthened its presence by securing the Cyprus Visa processing operations in Kazakhstan. The Latin American expansion continued with the inauguration of a new Visa Application Centre in Argentina, relocation to a larger facility in Ecuador, and transition to a self-managed model in Bolivia.

According to Mr. Shikhar Aggarwal, Joint Managing Director of BLS International Services Ltd., the company's focus on technology-led service delivery and operational excellence continues to drive its performance and reinforce its leadership in the global government and citizen services domain.

These strategic wins and expansions underscore BLS International's robust growth trajectory and its ability to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the global visa and consular services market.
