Hexaware Technologies (NSE: HEXT) and SmartRent, Inc. (NYSE: SMRT) have announced a strategic partnership to drive an AI-native transformation of SmartRent's key business areas. The collaboration spans three connected workstreams: AI-native customer experience, an intelligent bill-to-cash platform, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced implementation.

AI-Native Customer Experience

Hexaware will operate SmartRent's customer support from its Hyderabad delivery center, employing experienced support staff alongside advanced Voice AI agents and intelligent orchestration across voice, email, and chat channels. This aims to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Intelligent Bill-to-Cash Platform

Hexaware will deploy its adaptive suite of bill-to-cash solutions, organizing data, insights, actions, and people to deliver better revenue operations outcomes. The platform is designed to improve days sales outstanding (DSO).

Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced

Hexaware will transform SmartRent's lead-to-order process by implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, resulting in faster quote cycles, stronger pricing governance, and a unified view of the revenue pipeline. Total cost of ownership and measurable business impact are core objectives.
