IHG and Adani Sign Deal for Five Hotels in India

Mangaluru is set to benefit from a new hotel development under a managed portfolio agreement signed between Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) and IHG Hotels & Resorts. The agreement covers five hotels planned across key airport-linked and high-growth urban destinations in India, adding close to 1,500 keys across multiple brands and locations, aligning with IHG's growth plans for India.

Portfolio Details

The portfolio includes Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels within upcoming hospitality-led mixed-use developments under the Adani Airport cities platform. Hotels are planned across Navi Mumbai, Mangaluru, and Thiruvananthapuram. The agreement also includes a Kimpton hotel in Jaipur, marking the debut of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in India.

Future Prospects

AAHL is in advanced discussions with IHG to further deepen and expand the partnership. Pranav Adani, director of Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL), stated: “We are building this platform in partnership with leading international hotel brands that bring global standards, operational excellence, and scale.”
