Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu conducted a review of the ongoing construction of the Shimla Sabzi Mandi Complex. The project, which aims to modernize the wholesale vegetable market in the state capital, is being closely monitored by the state government.
CM's Inspection and Directives
During his visit to the site, the Chief Minister inspected the progress of the work and interacted with officials and engineers. He emphasized the need for timely completion of the project without compromising on quality. Sukhu directed the authorities to ensure that all facilities, including parking, loading and unloading zones, and hygienic conditions, are provided as per the plan.
Project Details
The Shimla Sabzi Mandi Complex is being developed at an estimated cost of several crores. It is designed to provide a modern and organized space for vendors and farmers to trade vegetables and fruits. The complex will feature improved infrastructure, better sanitation, and dedicated areas for storage and waste management.
