This new establishment features 113 keys and is strategically located to serve the fast-growing Tricity region, which includes Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali.

Situated in close proximity to the Chandigarh International Airport, the hotel operates under a management contract, ensuring seamless service delivery. This move reinforces ITC Hotels' commitment to tapping into high-growth urban markets across India.

In calendar year 2025, ITC Hotels signed agreements for 28 new hotels, adding 2,790 keys to its portfolio. This represents a 26% growth compared to calendar year 2024. By the end of the quarter, the company had crossed a milestone of 150 operational hotels with over 14,000 keys, solidifying its position as a leader in the Indian hospitality sector.
