MG Motor India has officially confirmed that the highly anticipated MG Majestor SUV will make its market debut on April 20, 2026. This premium SUV, which was first unveiled to the public at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo, represents a significant evolution of the Gloster model, featuring extensive updates and enhancements.
Pre-Booking Details and Launch Timeline
Pre-bookings for the Majestor are already underway, allowing interested customers to secure their vehicle by paying a booking amount of Rs 41,000. This can be done either online through MG's official channels or by visiting any authorized MG dealership across the country. Showroom previews and test drives are scheduled to commence shortly, with the first customer deliveries expected to begin in May 2026.
Pricing and Variants
Upon its launch, the new Majestor is projected to be priced starting from approximately Rs 40 lakh (ex-showroom), positioning it as a direct competitor to the Toyota Fortuner Legender in the premium SUV segment. The SUV will be available in three distinct variants: the entry-level Sharp 4x2, the mid-spec Savvy 4x2, and the range-topping Savvy 4x4. Customers will have the option to choose between six-seat and seven-seat configurations to suit their needs.
