British luxury carmaker Mini appears to be gearing up to introduce its all-electric Aceman crossover to the Indian market, potentially as early as 2026. This move would mark the brand's third launch in the country within a short span, following the high-performance Countryman JCW in October 2025 and the Mini Cooper Convertible in December 2025. The Aceman EV is poised to fill a crucial gap in Mini's global lineup, slotting between the iconic Cooper and the larger Countryman models.

Industry speculation suggests the Mini Aceman will arrive in India as a Completely Built Unit (CBU). This pact is set to progressively reduce import duties on UK-made luxury cars from over 100% to as low as 10% within five years under a quota system.
