Noida International Airport Secures Ground Mobility Partner Ahead of Operational Launch

In a strategic move to bolster passenger convenience, Noida International Airport has officially appointed Mann Fleet Partners Limited as its ground mobility services partner. This crucial partnership comes just ahead of the airport's highly anticipated operational rollout scheduled for next month.

Comprehensive Transportation Solutions to Enhance Passenger Experience

Mann Fleet Partners Limited will deliver a comprehensive suite of ground transportation services designed to meet diverse passenger needs. The company will provide rental car facilities, premium kerbside pick-up and drop-off services, and operate both intra-terminal and intra-city shuttle services. This multi-faceted approach aims to create a seamless travel experience from the moment passengers arrive at the airport.

Initial bus connectivity will link the airport to key locations including Pari Chowk, Botanical Garden, and Greater Noida West. Airport officials have confirmed that additional routes will be introduced in phased expansions as passenger traffic increases, gradually building a robust surface transport grid around the new aviation hub.

Addressing Critical Last-Mile Connectivity Challenges

With metro and rapid rail links to the airport still several years away from completion, this partnership assumes particular significance. Airport authorities believe the tie-up with Mann Fleet will substantially strengthen last-mile connectivity and significantly improve passenger convenience during the critical initial operational period.

Christoph Schnellmann, Chief Executive Officer of Noida International Airport, emphasized the importance of this development in an official statement. "Seamless and efficient ground transportation is fundamental to a world-class passenger experience, and we are committed to delivering this at the airport. This partnership with Mann Fleet Partners Limited represents another significant step toward our dedication to providing diverse, reliable, and high-quality mobility solutions."

Schnellmann further elaborated that the collaboration will help ensure convenient and hassle-free journeys to and from the airport for both passengers and employees, establishing a strong foundation for operational excellence.

Leveraging Fleet Strength for Long-Term Growth

Amrit Mann, Managing Director of Mann Fleet Partners Limited, expressed confidence in his company's ability to support the airport's ambitious growth trajectory. "We will leverage our extensive fleet strength and deep operational experience to support the airport's long-term growth objectives," Mann stated, highlighting the strategic alignment between the two organizations.

This latest partnership complements existing transportation arrangements that Noida International Airport has already established with multiple state transport corporations. The airport currently has agreements with Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Delhi Transport Corporation, Haryana Roadways, and Uttarakhand Transport Corporation. Collectively, these partnerships will connect the upcoming airport to over two dozen cities across four different states, creating an extensive regional transportation network.

Airport Development and Expansion Plans

Noida International Airport is being developed by Yamuna International Airport Private Limited, a subsidiary of Zurich Airport International AG. The project operates under a 40-year public-private partnership concession that commenced on October 1, 2021.

During its initial operational phase, the airport will feature a single runway and a passenger terminal designed to handle approximately 12 million passengers annually. The infrastructure has been planned with significant scalability in mind, with capacity projections indicating potential expansion to accommodate over 70 million passengers per year in subsequent development phases.

The appointment of Mann Fleet Partners Limited represents a critical milestone in the airport's preparation for its imminent launch, ensuring that ground transportation infrastructure will be ready to support the expected influx of passengers from day one of operations.
