The tragic accident unfolded around 11 am on Thursday while Samra Birala was operating a machine specifically used for producing M-sand, a type of manufactured sand commonly utilized in construction projects. During the operational process, a towel that was tied around his neck unexpectedly got caught in the moving parts of the machinery.
