The decision was made during a meeting held on Friday, marking a key step forward in the city's infrastructure development.

Project Details and Financial Allocation

The approved project is set to be developed on final plot number 131 of TP Scheme No. 212, located in the Bodakdev ward. With a total cost estimated at Rs 10.36 crore, this initiative aims to provide residents with modern recreational and fitness facilities. The plot spans an impressive 6,284 square metres, offering ample space for comprehensive construction.

Architectural Layout and Facilities

The complex will feature a multi-level design to maximize functionality. On the ground floor, a swimming pool covering 1,250 square metres will be constructed, alongside a gymnasium. The first floor will house an additional gymnasium area, ensuring diverse workout options for users.
