The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has officially invited tenders for the rental of three shops at the Gota vegetable market, aiming to streamline local commercial spaces. These shops, situated opposite Dwarka Apartments in TP Scheme 32 (Gota), vary in size from 8.8 to 11.9 square meters.
Rental Details and Submission Process
According to a notification issued by the deputy municipal commissioner, the monthly base rent for these prime commercial units ranges between Rs 8,790 and Rs 11,900. Interested bidders must submit their applications in sealed covers to the AMC’s North West Zone office in Bodakdev by June 29 before 5 pm. Civic officials have clarified that late submissions will be strictly rejected.
Auction and Fees
A public auction for shortlisted eligible bidders is scheduled for July 2. Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable form fee of Rs 500 and an earnest money deposit of Rs 25,000. Detailed terms, eligibility criteria, and conditions are available on the official AMC website for public review.
